I am a PhD candidate at University of California, Davis. My primary fields are macroeconomics, monetary theory, and financial economics. I am currently on the job market and I will be available for interviews at the 2020 ASSA meetings in San Diego.
My research primarily focuses on the interactions between financial markets and the real economy along with the effectiveness of macroprudential policy during financial crises. My job market paper studies the extent to which shadow banking and securitization contributed to the high degree of international comovement experienced during the Great Recession.
